We went on a Maroon Bells Snow Mobile tour during thanksgiving week and we stayed at the T Lazy 7 ranch.

It was one of the best experiences in a vacation!

1. Luke and Sadrine were amazing guides. They were very friendly. They did an outstanding job guiding us and taking care of the family in very cold weather.

2. The snow mobile tour to look at Maroon Bells and Pyramid Peak in winter, is a must do for every one. It is a winter wonderland!!

3. The Nature’s Edge cabin (available through AirBNB) had the best view and best location. Can’t recommend it enough. (Only 2 problems were: we never got a sled to carry our stuff from car to mobile. So be prepared for it. And the hot water was a problem. But at freezing weather - we were prepared for not having the hot water).

4. The ranch owners (Dean Family) are doing a great job by keeping this area preserved and allowing people to enjoy this amazing nature.

Overall, I can’t recommend this enough. It is a must visit. We will come back during fall, sometime to enjoy a different taste of this nature’s wonder.

That said - the added advantage is the hot chocolate they give us at the mid point of the snow mobile tour. It was amazing!!

T-Lazy-7 Snowmobile Tour to Maroon Bells is an absolute must-do! The staff is professional and friendly, the snowmobiles are top-notch, and the trails are stunning. Reaching the Maroon Bells in their winter glory was breathtaking, and our guide made the experience even better with great insights and enthusiasm. Perfect mix of adventure and beauty—highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at T7 Lazy Ranch with our two kids during the Maroon Bells tour! It was absolutely wonderful and unforgettable for both us and the children. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and to top it all off, we even saw a moose! Highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time with these guides! We were in town for a large company trip with over 40 people. They were able to accommodate our group with no problem! We had an amazing time, the trail was fairly easy and the beginners had a great time. Ryan and Luke really made the day special. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend this company and these guides!

We (family of four- kids age 12 and 14) went on a Maroon Bells Snow Mobile tour a few days before Christmas.
It was one of the best, fun experiences we have had on a vacation!
Kayla and Sadrine were AMAZING guides. They were very friendly and fun. They did an outstanding job guiding us, making stops to tell us information about the area, and generally making us laugh.
We did the lunch tour and by the time we got to that point, we were ready! The burgers at the lunch cabin were a perfect addition to the day. What a view from that cabin!
Yes, the fee is a bit pricey, but is so worth it for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure for this Tennessee family.

Let me just start off by saying T-Lazy-7 Ranch was the most hospitable establishment I have visited in a long time. I say this mostly because of Dagwood, Mark, Brady and Austin.

Mark and Brady led my family on our snowmobiling tour and because of their knowledge and experience of the landscape, it was remarkable. We made several stops and Mark passionately described each area and its history. We had a family member that was a little under the weather due to the altitude and Mark and Brady were kind and patient with her along with the rest of the group making us feel like we were safe and in good hands. As a matter of fact, unbeknownst to us, they radioed Dagwood to bring oxygen. He showed up, showed her how to use it and we continued on.

Towards the end of our tour we had a lunch planned for us in a log cabin along the trail in the mountains hosted by Austin. Austin was a gentleman and very welcoming. The burgers were just what we needed after riding around for an hour. Austin thanks for your hospitality.

This was by far one of the most fun and exciting things I have ever done on a vacation. The timing of the tour was perfect and my family are still raving that it was way more than they expected and I agree. Well done T-Lazy-7 Ranch! I would recommend this business to all visiting Aspen that want the most exciting snowmobiling adventure.

2024 Edit:
The owners changed but the trip and staff is just as great as before. The longer cabin tour is well worth the extra cost. You get a great homemade burger to go along with a great snowmobile trip. The cabin was nice and warm if it was too cold outside to eat.

A great experience for people who have never operated a snowmobile or similar equipment (Jet ski, or dirt bike). Had a great time with the guide Jake and Sam. All the staff was nice and made sure everyone had a great time.

The 2 hour tour was nice. They start you out in a technical loop before riding on the snow covered road. There are two pictures stops with the farthest one having hot chocolate or cider. The session ends with 4 faster runs around a closed track. Top speeds (That we could get up to) was about 30mph.

Some helmets have GoPro mounts already ready.

Make sure to dress warm:
-Ski/Snowboard boots
-Gloves
-Scarf or similar clothing
-Jacket and snow pants
-Motocycle helmet (dot certified) if you don't have one, one will be provided.
