Dana was hands down the best agent we could have asked for! Starting MONTHS before our departure she was keeping us updated on everything that was going on. She let us know step by step what we needed to do to prepare for our trip (we went to Costa Rica for a wedding). Lost or unsure what to do next. And in the event that I DID forget, she even sent out a package with our itinerary with helpful tips and tricks for leaving and entering back into the country. I will forever be grateful to our dear friend Julie for bringing this amazing woman into our lives ❤️❤️❤️ after interviewing three other WP/TA and thrice disappointed, Julie convinced Dana to open up one more spot in her calendar to take on my husband and me! For over a year she kept me on track, answered every question under the sun, walked me off of many a FB induced cliff ? She handled all of the reservations and payment plans for our guests and answered all of their questions.
