I️ heard about this travel agency through social media, specifically booked for a trip to Greece and I️ thought I️ would reach out. Athena was wonderful. She always provided ideas and suggestions for everything my family asked for: restaurant suggestions, hotels, travel accommodations, etc. She helped us book everything—even things like taxi travel which I️ understand she doesn’t get commission on. The wonderful thing was her service came gratis to traveling clients, it’s the airlines and hotels who pay her. How fantastic is that?!

I️ would say the majority of her suggestions were spot on; the ones that we would tweak in the future would be based on our own preferences; things we didn’t realize until we experienced it (for example, choosing a hotel by the beach as opposed to a villa inland).

I️ would gladly reach out to Athena again for future travel, whether it’s for a large group like this past trip or just a couples trip. Her work style is very laid back and easy going; not pushy at all. We had the freedom to take her suggestions and book things ourselves or have her book. The flexibility was extremely helpful. She was extremely thorough; making sure we booked everything to ensure that we had a seamless trip. She checked in throughout to make sure everything was going smoothly.

The cherry on top was all the gifts for our travels! She thoughtfully sent things that would make our trip easier and also fun (all the girl nieces received matching backpacks). She also sent us a hardcopy itinerary of our travels which I️ know takes a lot of time to put together.Im more of a digital gal (the app she has for the travel itinerary is key) but I️ needed to bring this gorgeous book with us.

We worked with Athena for our trip to Alaska. She was wonderful! She is so friendly and personable, I felt like I was planning a trip with a friend. Athena P. at GMH travel was fantastic! She was attentive to our needs and requests for our trip. She did a great job communicating with us each step along the way even while we were on our trip! Checking in to make sure if logistics were going as planned. A portion of our return flights ended up getting cancelled but by the time she called us to let us know, she had already figured it all out for us after directing hours on phone with airlines and we rebooked! We appreciated her being so proactive and thorough!
This was my third time using her services and I have no qualms with using her again! She made traveling much less stressful!
