Terrible old, white female driver turned onto a small street when I’m at the corner and then expected me to reverse to make room for a bus. If you don’t have room to take a turn what entitled you to think I would reverse. Eventually I did but, not before I held them up like they held me up. Time to retire old lady.

Getting to a football game was more important than my two babies in the car. The male driver was going the wrong way while I was picking up a Thanksgiving meal. His bus couldn’t make the corner so he rolled down the window and said I needed to move he’s got three buses trying to get to a football game. The Cracker Barrel manager was almost finished loading my meal however the driver proceeded to get mad snd try to get through. My two babies were in my jeep so yes I yelled at him like any mother would. It took less than 5 min and I moved after I got my food. I called to complain about the driver. Apparently the owner was in the second bus and said I shouldn’t have yelled at him. Mam my 2 babies are more important. A simple apology would have sufficed. Happy Thanksgiving. For the record you were going the wrong way per the manager of Cracker Barrel and the other patron that was behind me in line. I’ll pray for that man who is probably your husband.

After reading the other reviews it worries me that this company is going to end up hurting someone by bullying on the road!

No one Special

I wouldn't trust my life on these bus. I'm driving a semi truck he is tailgating me then tries to pass me and try to run me off the road with people on the bus. Doesn't sound like they're very safe. Then when in front of me there's a car in front of him the car is waiting to turn left on a two lane road he passes them on the shoulder. I would not recommend them to no one. I hope they go out of business before they kill somebody

The worst drivers I have ever had to drive around. It was on your coach number 2002 on 35 W Southbound on Friday February 26th, 2016. He was driving in the left lane, in a left lane pass only and then was driving 5mph under the speed limit. The right was trailing along at a slower pace. I then tried to speed up, signal and pass him. He then made eye contact with me, flipped me off, and sped up. He then slowed down and refused to let me not anyone else pass while he is driving under the speed limit in a left lane pass only. I have never been more disappointed with someone who drives for a living.

One driver nearly ran us off the road on I 20 west bound on Sunday. Upon calling to report the driver to the company instead of calling the troopers, I was insulted, told to shut up and listen, and yelled at by a male. I left a message and never spoke to a soul but was accused of yelling at his wife!! I would seriously consider another company. God forbid you try and report Anything here!!

I was behind bus 2001 and it is leaking stuff out of the rear and all over my truck and can't get anyone to answer a phone
