I recently travel to Cuba for a momentous event. Thanks to cubabien Travel everything was seamless. They handled all the logistics of this trip. They connected us with an English speaking tour guide that was able to help with translations and soon became our friend. This made everything so much easier and we are so thankful for the experience. I highly recommend them!!!

The absolute worst car rental. My family and I booked a car a month in advance, paid in full. When we got there, we were told that we didn’t have a reservation even though I had a voucher and proof of payment. They made us wait eight hours at the airport and all we were told was that we just simply didn’t have a car. It’s been a month of trying to either get a credit or our money back and we still don’t have either. It’s ridiculous that not only we were stranded at the airport since we were staying more than 3 hours away from where this office is located and that it’s been more than a month and I can’t seem to get my money back or any compensation from them.

Great experiencia with this travel agency!!! I got the best deal to go Xcaret Mexico and found very easy the way she gave me all information. The entire process was through e-mails and phone calls, at first I was doubtful to trust in this channel but I took the right decision. I highly recommend it!!
