A “Do Not Miss” experience in Telluride. My wife and I both loved the 2-hour Jeep ride to Tomboy. Grant was not only the best 4x4 driver on the road, but he was also so fun and funny, as well as being an expert on the town’s history.

Dave's Mountain Tours did an excellent job of catering to a 6 person group. Jason was awesome. He went out of his way to make our tour Great. Never hesitated to stop when we ask to take pictures. We had the best tour! Normally, we would have just hiked to the Bridal Veil Falls but my husband had just undergone a shoulder replacement surgery so we booked the Bridal Veil Tour. We are so glad we did! Dave has SO much information about the history of the Telluride area, we loved all of his stories and learning about the area as much as we loved seeing the waterfalls! It was also a ridiculously busy day at Bridal Veil and we bypassed all of the crowds. We met great people on the tour, it really was the perfect morning. We will be sure to book a tour every time we are in Telluride.

We had a great experience using DMT's. We did the short 2 hour bridal falls tour and it was great, a little of off road mountain driving in a cool specialized mountain vehicle, a little scary fun if you have ever gone up the side of mountain, but nothing really scary, and finally some pretty cool history of the area. Dave was our driver for this trip and he did a great job of explaining the history of the trip, and there is some history, as well as answering all questions. Dave is a true small business owner who is doing something unique and definitely worth spending money with. We had a great time and will sometime revisit DMT's. He also has a great location next to the free gondola so super easy to find.

Grant was an awesome guide! We loved exploring the backroads around Telluride and checking out some of the waterfalls in the area. Grant shared interesting facts about the things we saw and was a great driver navigating the switchbacks up to Bridal Veil falls.

I loved the tour up Tomboy Ghost Mining Trail and recommend Dave’s Mountain Tours to anyone looking for an adventure that needs an expert to maneuver technical and difficult mountain trails! This trip left right at the main gondola of Telluride! Our guide Dan was very knowledgeable and kept us in good humor with his wit! The amazing views of the mountains and area around Telluride was dazzling with fall colors!!! I really hope to go again with this company in future adventures!!!
