Had an issue with my vehicle after we went to a baseball game at the diamond. It was late and we called and he said he would be there in 30 minutes. He was there in 20. He was courteous and went the extra mile in ensuring that my vehicle made it back home safely. He had to manually put my vehicle in neutral to be able to move it which involved some mechanical work and then made sure to put it back in park manually after leaving it my residence.

Fantastic service and super nice guy. I would not hesitate one bit to use him again should the need arise.

Amazing customer service!!! Fast and friendly. It's definitely no fun being broken down on the side of the interstate butchering family member stranded is definitely an unsettling feeling. Thank you Diamond D's for coming to outr rescue.

Diamond D's towing came to my rescue quickly. They were polite and very professional. I feel like they were very reasonable as far as the cost of the tow also. I will definitely call them the next time I have a breakdown.

This company received my vehicle after I had an accident. They have kept my vehicle from being towed to my insurance company as they were trying to jack up the price and keep the vehicle for parts. I have wasted time and money just to get back MY vehicle as they gave me the run around. This company were very unprofessional and tried to rip people off at a time when you’re at your lowest point. I am warning everyone do not do business with them. A few people have filed a lawsuit again Diamond D’s Towing.

From my first experience this seems like a very shady company. They towed my moms car from Walmart and told my mother to come pick it up. Even said to call when she got there if she wasn’t in the shop and that she could walk over. She then didn’t answer her phone and then started declining our calls. I walked next door and the business owner who has been next for for 16 years said they were very shady and he sees more people in my moms situation than seeing people who work there. I recommend that this place be investacated for mal-practice and business fraud.

I requested my truck to be towed and was told they would be there in 90 minutes. After two and a half hours when no one came I called and was told they couldn't get to it that day. They knew they couldn't tow the vehicle yet they never even called to let me know they couldn't get to it. I'll never contact them again.
