We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around South Lake Union with Eric. He's personable, knowledgeable, and combines the history of the neighbourhood with detailed explanations about the venues and the food. It's always a bonus to have a chef leading the way, because they're able to offer insight and answer questions about the process and procedure of the offerings. Highly recommend this particular tour as a slightly off the beaten path option over the ubiquitous Pike Place Market walks. Don't eat breakfast though - there's a lot of (delicious) food!

We enjoyed the historical background of the Market that Noah shared with us upfront. We thought the tour length and distance was appropriate along with the size of our group (8). The food tastings were delicious, with favorites being the pickled relish, sausage, tea and pizza. Enjoyed the "built-in" restroom break at the Irish pub. Noah's energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge made the tour that much more interesting. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

I signed up for the “Chef-Guided Food Tour of Pike Place Market” and it was AMAZING. Chef Sylas sent me a message before the tour to make sure I’m not late or lost. He brought us through nooks and crannies of Pike Place Market that I would have never explore by myself as a tourist! I would recommend anyone who’s thinking about it to sign up! Best highlight of my trip in Seattle downtown. ❤️❤️❤️

Eat Seattle Tours is a must do tour in Seattle! We loved Chef Scott! He was extremely personable, funny, and engaging! He did a great job at managing the crowds and making sure we all knew thoughtful information about all of our stops. Portions were just right and you were able to sample some hidden gems I never would have known had it not been for this tour! Loved learning more about Pike Place and its important role in Seattle’s history. You will love this tour!

My husband came to Seattle to enjoy our 5yr anniversary celebration. We attended the tour thinking it would be fun and informative to explore Seattle, apart from the stereotypical touristy things. Let me tell you, our expectations were blown out of water. From the get go Chef Noah set the mood and vibe of the tours with is causal and goofy antics. He brought an energy that made the whole experience worth it. The food was out of this world, as the history and respect he showed during the whole tour just further enhanced our experience. If you ever want to explore Seattle and want to do something off the beaten path…then this tour will leave you with a happy tummy and a deeper respect for the history of being a foodie.

Chef Shawn was absolutely amazing! He had not only all the inside information for hidden gems of the market, but he also was able to share stories of the culture of the market that humanized it as a community for us. The food was top notch, but the personal glimpses of life in the market was even better. His knowledge of the Washington State growing climate and comparisons easily made to other parts of the country highlight his knowledge as a chef. He easily made personal connections with every member of the group. Couldn’t think of a way to make this a better experience!

My husband and I Loved this food tour! Silas, our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. When we asked, he even recommended an Excellent local hotel to us that was within our price range. I'm sure that's beyond his job as a food tour guide and I Really Appreciated it! Great Food, Great stops along the way and a Great guide!
