I have used this company twice and I would never use them again. Both times my agent had a family emergency (these were two different agents). I totally understand that things come up, but as a company they should be able to let another agent know about their clients that will be leaving or are gone. The first time in Florida we had set up transportation from Disney to universal (this was August 2016) my agent failed to make sure that they knew when and where to pick us up. So I spent about 3 hours fighting with them. When they had it written in our paper work, they just didn't confirm it, nor admit fault. This time was Bahamas March 2017, our travel agent said she would get ahold of us before we left and give us the run down because we had never left the country before. 4 days before we were going to leave I called 5 different times and not until the 5th did they tell me that our agent was out on a family emergency. Needless to say this is Executive Travels fault for not taking responsibility for their empoloyees in time they need extra help.
Also- I decided to use a travel agent to go to the Bahamas thinking they would give extra help and ideas on fun things to do. She did NOTHING. The only thing she did was tell me everything I already knew.
Pretty much if you don't have a bunch of people going and can work a computer they are 0% help.
