We had an incredible time on our Mediterranean Cruise on the Celebrity Equinox.Genevieve did a fantastic job in planning our trip, accommodations, excursions etc. More importantly, when we were abroad and ran into a situation or had a question she was readily available to jump in and help us! I have had her plan two trips now and couldn’t be happier with what she’s done for us. She’ll be planning our third cruise when we figure out where we’re going! I have the greatest confidence in her and have recommended her to several friends already.. you won’t be disappointed.

Genevieve was very helpful and knowledgeable about our cruise. Very punctual for all questions asked. Only thing is some of excursions I found to be less expensive by booking them on my own. That may be the cruise line ? Or third party ? But overall highly recommend

Bill helped with the best cruise for our interests, stateroom selection, upgrades, and other cruise details. He was delightful to work with and very responsive to our questions, especially because we were first-time cruisers. He offered help booking hotels, too, before/after the cruise. Everything went very smoothly.
