Egypt's Wonders with Expedition Egypt

In March 2024, my family and I embarked on an 11-day vacation to Egypt, and it was nothing short of magical. Our trip, arranged by Expedition Egypt, began in Cairo where we visited the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. One unique experience was our nighttime visit to the Cairo Car Museum, which provided an exciting twist to our Cairo adventures.

From Cairo, we traveled to Hurghada for scuba diving. The underwater scenery was stunning, filled with vibrant coral reefs and exotic marine life. Our next adventure was a four-day cruise from Luxor to Aswan. We visited iconic sites such as the Luxor Temple, the Valley of the Kings and Queens, and other significant monuments along the Nile.

Philae Temple and Elephantine Island in Aswan were among the highlights, offering breathtaking views and a deep dive into Egypt’s rich history.

The service throughout our journey was outstanding. George, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and our driver ensured a smooth and safe journey. The cruise ship crew went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. My family and I had a wonderful experience with expedition Egypt!our vacation was memorable trip in Egypt! There are so many things to see and do in this fascinating country. Amgad our travel agent planned the trip very well ! His knowledge about Egypt as an Egyptian American allow him to customize our trip to meet our needs very specifically .We had the opportunity to see some of the highlights of the country the ancient pyramids and temples, we also spend a seven night in a Nile river cruise, we experience a lot of the local culture, such as trying traditional foods and participating in some cultural activities.

It was amazing experience going to Egypt with Expedition Egypt!
We had great time visiting the Pyramids of Giza, exploring the tombs and temples in Luxor, and taking a felucca ride on the Nile River in Aswan. We also tried some of the local cuisine, such as falafel, koshari, and shawarma, and visited the Khan el-Khalili bazaar to shop for souvenirs and local handicrafts. Our tour guide George was amazing. He was passion about the history and his country. He was very knowledgeable and answer all our questions. I can say confidently that Expedition Egypt team , especially our agent, Amgad ! was very highly skilled and care about all the details to make sure that the trip was very memorable trip.

Egypt was always on my bucket list. I wanted to go to Egypt and see the pyramids, the tombs, see the Nile and do a lot of tours. And finally I was there! I learned a lot and it was a wonderful .. After coming to Egypt I have learned a great appreciation of the Egyptian people. That proves that they have been very warm and they have been very friendly. I felt very safe. I love Egypt. The only thing that I don't like is the hot weather. I wouldn't recommend Egypt in the summer. Egypt is a wonderful place to visit. I highly recommend it. The Expedition Egypt team is very accommodating and very helpful. I had wonderful tours and it's been very busy. If you go on a tour like this you should be prepared to be busy and to be going on lots of different trips and tours, and be ready to go. By being able to go on all the tours, that's how you get the information, and how you know more history. You see actual tombs, pyramids that you go inside. You actually see history come to life. Expedition Egypt tour guides in Cairo and Luxor are very knowledgeable. I had a wonderful Egypt vacation!
