This is the second time we've used Firebird tours, and it was again fantastic. Our group was 10 adults from 4 cities, coming in on two flights around the same time for the Iceland Escape. We had to arrange our own flights, but Firebird handled plans from the time we were picked up from and dropped back off at the airport. They chose Iceland Premium Tours to be our main guides for our winter Iceland Escape 5-day trip. Our drivers were very helpful, not only with getting us around the island, but also in helping us anticipate our needs for each new adventure, make sure we were comfortable, and sharing history and culture of their home country each step of the trip. They also watched the weather, which was particularly bad with snow and wind, to help make adjustments for a more enjoyable (and safe) trip. Firebird of course helped to plan everything in advance and were helpful with questions, but their choice of Iceland Premium Tours made the trip that much better. I would not have found this small family business without the help of Firebird. The hotel they chose was fantastic as well. It's hard to read reviews on TripAdvisor to pick individual tours, but Firebird made sure we saw all the sights we wanted to see and do all the adventures we wanted to experience. The only things we requested that were not amazing were larger tours that we had to join due to equipment needs. These were not great, but after reading reviews for those experiences (ice cave and boat tour to see the Northern lights), I don't think we could have booked anything better. Both of those experiences were very large groups, so the van and boats were very crowded. Worse yet, the guides/attendants didn't introduce themselves or really explain much. Firebird did find a great ATV adventure company (4x4 Adventures Iceland) for us to explore the black sand beach and lava formations. Even though there were additional people, the guides at 4x4 Adventures Iceland were fabulous. We generally prefer private groups, so will consider that the next time we request outings and choose only ones that are not within larger groups. The personal touch with private groups is so much appreciated and makes a significant difference in experiences. We will use Firebird again to plan our next trip!

Firebird Tours did a fabulous job for us in Norway & Finland. Agne found us a wonderful itinerary and lived up to every commitment she made on the front end. We loved the ability to build our own itinerary and traveled by ourselves. The best highlight was the Northern lights!! Agnes booked us on the Arctic Northern light tour and the tour did not disappoint us! The Arctic guide travelled 3 hours in the snow to find the Northern lights! We had one hiccup on one of the flights where we were doubled overbooked, was put on standby but this was sorted out quickly. I felt I had their support totally via emails the whole time we were in Norway-Finland I would definitely use Firebird Tours again!

I worked with Firebird to create the ideal itinerary for our trip to Scotland. They were beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really helpful. They responded quickly to my e-mail queries before leaving and everything they arranged for us came off without a hitch. The drivers showed up on time. The train tickets were ready at the station. The tours were expecting us. We really couldn't ask for anything more. We chose our own hotels but next time we would let them choose for us. WE didn't do a great job of it! ; ). Thank you FIREBIRD!

Our 15 day private tour across Spain was amazing. Firebird Tours provided professional and well informed tour guides. All guides were pleasant and adjusted our tours to meet our pace. All drivers were respectful and professional except for one we had to report to Firebird. The hotels selected were all new or newer very nice and roomy, especially by European standards. The breakfast provided at each hotel was also very nice, plentiful with great atmosphere. All in all the hotels, drivers and their vehicles, first class train seating were all top notch. We will definitely use Firebird Travel in our future travel plans. They exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. The trip: Norway- northern lights, We originally booked our trip pre-Covid and had to reschedule our trip since it was supposed to be in 2020. During the entire shut down and closure I was kept updated about the trip. I was given recommendations and different options to choose regarding possible rescheduling or refunds. Ultimately my husband and I decided to postpone the trip till 2023, and it was beyond our expectations. Although we had to change some parts of our trip due to personal reasons, our contact at the company- had about 4-5 different helpers, helped personalize the trip to our needs. I was nervous and worried about our trip at first, regarding meeting places, tickets, and translation. Everything was so well arranged/organized and every tour guide/transportation we had, spoke the needed language, and were so kind. Any last minute changes or updates, we were contacted immediately and followed up with. Contact support was always there- we didn't need it because ultimately everything went so smoothly. Really allowed me to enjoy our trip and relax. Absolutely loved all the recommendations to activities/sight seeing. They definitely know what they are talking about. This trip would not have gone as well as it did if I had to take care of all the details myself. The hotels were all great, activities/ guides great, everything was just great. We will definitely be planning another trip with them in the near future.

We traveled as a family of 7 which takes a lot of organization. Firebird provided us with amazing hotels, friendly and knowledgeable guides, and nice transportation between cities. There was nothing that could have been better. We didn't have to worry about boring travel details and were able to fully enjoy 2 weeks with our family in beautiful Italy!
