My wife and I started hosting tours organized by Rick Ricart, the owner of Imagine Tours & Travel 25+ years ago when he worked for another travel company! In the last 20+ years that Imagine has been in business, they have put together well over 15 tours for us. They are top shelf in every way. We have great confidence in their ability to provide the highest quality experience for our travelers. Their team is always professional and responsive. They have repeatedly proven their ability to adapt when needed, be creative and solution-oriented, and deliver a product that always exceeds the expectations of our travelers! We just went on a River Cruise with Imagine and some of their staff last week. This new river cruise option is an OUTSTANDING partnership with Gordon Cruises and they both did a fabulous job at every level! We have several more trips planned with Imagine in the next couple years! While I've tried other travel companies in the past, we now exclusively use Imagine Tours and Travel!

We joined this 10 day tour with a church group. We enjoyed the majority of this Greek tour following the footsteps of Apostle Paul. Having said that, we were VERY disappointed to learn 1 week before our scheduled departure that the Celestyl Cruise ship was overbooked and our entire group was put on a MUCH SMALLER turkish cruise line. In addition, our planned port and excursion in Crete was canceled. We kept an open mind to the changes that occurred. The cruise ship our group was reassigned to was very disappointing. It was an older ship, very dated and not very clean in comparison to other ships we’ve sailed. The sleeping rooms were small, the only pool and hot tub on the ship was empty and was not filled with water for the entire time we were on the ship (3 nights). We heard the captain did not want the pool or hot tub to be filled. Having been on other cruises and comparing this cruise to others we have been on, I would rate the cruise line and experience a 2. The food was ok but was the same every night. The only compensation we were given for this unfortunate change in cruise ship and the revised itinerary was an excursion in Santorini. It’s hard to understand how overbooking our cruiseline occurred and communicated the week before our departure! We were at their mercy. I feel we should have been compensated for the change to an inferior cruise line. The land tours, all excursions and hotels were very nice. Not sure I would take another tour with Imagine Tours because of what occurred with the last minute cruise line change.

This was my 3rd trip to Israel with ITT, and with Ikey as tour guide. The individuals at ITT were wonderful to work with, they answered all questions and concerns promptly and professionally. With Covid, we had a few additional concerns, but all concerns were dealt with and we felt very secure with the processes needed to go to and from Israel. We had an absolutely fantastic trip! Ikey is so very knowledgeable, we went to some places where I had not been before (which was a treat), and there were no lines at any site. So, we really got to see a lot. The blending of the Old and New Testament was powerful. I encourage everyone to go to Israel.
