Letitia was phenomenal and prepared us for everything each step of the way….from the time that we made our initial reservation, where she provided guidance on everything that we needed to have prepared six months out, all the way through until we were on our vacation. We could not have asked for better service, and Letitia‘s insight was so valuable to help us make a decision on which trip was the right one for us. She was there for us every step of the way (we had a flight delay, she was on top of it right away and got all follow up arrangements updated for us…. it was reassuring to know that she was taking care of us throughout the trip). We are extremely satisfied and will recommend our family and friends to Letitia and Kindred Getaways!

Kendra was absolutely phenomenal, she booked our wedding anniversary trip to San Juan, Puerto that included flights, luxury transportation to and from the airport to our resort, which was beautiful!! We had a beachfront suite that overlooked the ocean with breathtaking views. The resort had spa services, a wine bar and restaurant, a coffee shop, a breakfast and lunch restaurant and an excursion specialist onsite and not to mention a Ruth Chris restaurant attached to the resort with stores, pharmacies and other restaurants in walking distance.The resort also had a pool walkup bar, hot tub and another bar closer to the beach. It was such a wonderful time. Thank you Kindred Getaways for your professionalism and for an unforgettable experience! Will be booking again in the near future.
