You are better off without Verizon internet service than allowing this company to dig wire on your property! They left a mess and destroyed the pad I had for my grill. Lambert’s obviously doesn’t care, they’ve had the same negative reviews over and over for years. My only hope is that Verizon finally sees how terrible they are and does something about it.

Let me go ahead and add to the list of bad reviews. Company was sent out by Verizon to bury a line for internet. Unfortunately my neighbor has a vicious dog that she keeps outside. The Verizon box is in her yard and before starting anything, they have to ask her to put her dog away. Verizon was nice enough to ensure that the line was secured so the dog would not get to it. Lamberts Cable Splicing Company LLC stopped by this morning and were advised that they will need to speak to the neighbor about her dog before starting. Not long after they arrived they left without saying a word. Not only did they leave the line out for the neighbors dog to chew up, they also left my gate open. If i didn't notice, i would have let all three of my dogs loose. Don’t even try getting in contact with them because you will only get their voicemail. I immediately called Verizon to cancel my service. My neighbor’s dog is not their fault but leaving my gate open and undoing what Verizon set in place to keep the line secured is. Do better.

This company is the upmost unprofessional. First they came into my yard without notice and I ask them why they were there, no answer. The guys did not speak English. Next I contacted their customer service spoke with Debbie who was nice about the situation saying they should have had a notice but they didn’t. Next I spoke with Francis who said they will provide me with the paper of what is being done and who will be preforming the work in case of damages. I asked several times for this and I still have no received anything. Verizon told me that they will be coming back to bury the line. They will not be burying anything until I have paperwork.

Plus I have video recording of everything.

They arrived to my daughters home. She had no knowledge of them or services. They proceeded to dig without notifying anyone. There was no ticket to dig for her yard on Va website. And Verizon had no knowledge of contractor or service. There are 2 new homes being built on the street. We assumed they had the wrong address due to the new homes have a ticket to dig on Va website. They just continued to say that they didn’t speak English. We tried asking for paperwork they had none.

Same experience as everyone else. Verizon sent them to drop a line in our yard and they literally pulled up in front of our house and drove off. I had to call Verizon again to let them know our line still needs to be dropped. They got out of their cars the second time only to compete half of the job. Trying to contact this company's support is wayyy to challenging. Horrible company

If I could give no stars I would. This company was contracted by Verizon to do a repair drop line at my home. I was informed that I would get a call when they were coming out but did not. Instead, I received a note on my door that the work could not be done by Lambert's and my repair order was cancelled. This company did not attempt to call me to let me know that they were unable to complete the work, or call me to let me know that they were cancelling my repair order. Now I am stuck with an above ground temporary line and Verizon can't tell me as to why my work could not be completed. I called the company several times with no answer. Poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone!

Their people can't follow the simple orange red lines on the ground marked for cable and power. They cut my Comcast cable then when attempting to fix it they didn't have the proper tools. They called Comcast. Comcast is going to take a while to come out so I called the main company and spoke with some rude old lady. If I had to do cable and splicing I would not use this company.

They damaged the sprinkler system in my yard while laying a cable for a new Verizon customer in the neighborhood. Large patch of grass has died and sprinkler system is damaged. They said they will send someone to repair. Even after 3 weeks no one has contacted me or repaired the damage. I have left more than 10 voice messages and still no response.
