We had a fabulous trip thanks to Marc. He made all the arrangements the Regent Seven Seas Grandeur is a wonderful ship. All aspects of it, food, service ,
All of it was lovely. I was especially interested in Quebec City where my ancestors started in North America. Marc found us the most wonderful guide. He took us all over Quebec City and out to the Isle Orleans. Where we found the exact spot my father's family settled in 1650. My daughter and I enjoyed every minute. Thanks Marc.

We recently completed an eleven day cruise to northeastern Canada from Montreal to Boston on Windstar Cruise Lines arranged by Marc Bokoff from Cruise Planners. What a wonderful experience. The ships are small with only 312 passengers and 202 staff to take care of the passengers. The cabins are roomy with both a seating area/living room, and a nice queen bed. There is a walk-in closet with a double sink bathroom. We loved the food on the ship which was plentiful and delicious. Our room attendant was very attentive and , of course, provided us with the folded towel animals on the bed. Even though we had to cancel two stops due to high waves preventing the tenders from getting into the ports, we thoroughly enjoyed the excursions we had. The excursions were very interesting, including time in Quebec, Halifax and Portland, Maine. This was our third trip on Windstar and Marc arranged them all. He is quick to respond if any issues arise, and he has practical solutions when needed. We are very happy to recommend Marc Bokoff, Cruise Planners and Windstar Cruises.

/trip of a lifetime with my granddaughter--was wonderful! All of the arrangements worked out well-flights, hotels, guides, planned tours, etc. The guides were charming, knowledgeable, and easy to interact with. The highlight was our final night in Florence, when we had a fun, informative cooking class and delicious dinner, then back to our hotel for St. Joseph Fireworks over the Arno, across the street from our hotel. Could not have been a more perfect ending to a fabulous trip!
