I happened to call the company at a slow time, and Remis packed up and met us 30 minutes later!

I have done Segway tours before, but my son hadn't. Remis took his time acclimating my son to the machine. For me, it was a quicker orientation. The fact that he adjusted is the sign of a great teacher!

Remis is also a great operator: Good humor, personable, shares things he personally likes about the park, doesn't feed his guests to the tourist traps. He gave us plenty of opportunities for photos at great spots, but he also kept us rolling and enjoying the Segway ride. He was also mindful of keeping us shaded as much as possible in the heat of the day.

We had such an enjoyable time. In my case a date night with my significant other, with remi as the third wheel was still amazing?. This was our first time doing something like this and I was nervous but Remi helped us both fully understand how to operate the segways safely and made sure we were completely comfortable before even going anywhere. Remi took us around the park and we all laughed and had a blast. Listen to Remis instructions and your body will adjust and do the rest and then it was easy.

Remi was incredibly prompt and was there exactly where he told me at the exact time we organized.

I would recommend this for anyone, even a perfect date night lol.

This is the Segway tour that you will want to do no matter what age!! Remi is the instructor and tour guide and he is awesome. If you want to learn how to ride a Segway safely Remi is the best! We toured Fort De Soto Park and rode over various terrains. Beautiful scenery and we spotted 2 Roseate spoonbills......a rare sighting!

Amazing and memorable tour! My family and I truly enjoy Remi's tour. He is very patient and knowledgeable of the area and history. The beach was beyond beautiful and he spent as much time as possible with us. His instructions were clear and he made sure we understood and were safe at all times using the segway. Amazing experience and I was so happy that I went on this low key tour instead of the one in the city. Remi took us to DeSoto Park where it was more of a nature tour where we rode on the beach and the paved path. Remi was an amazing host and took the time to help is get accustomed to the Segway. It was easier than I thought it was going to be. We stopped mid-way and watched the bay for dolphins and saw crabs in the clear water as well. It was really nice to do this out in a state park where you have a ton of room to learn for begginers.

My wife and got lucky on my birthday(10/13) to do a tour privately with Remi. It was much more scenic than these pics show, but if you’re in the St. Pete area be sure to check out his Segway tour. We had never rode them before and afterwards we liked them so much that we now want to buy one! I think our tour was $45 per person and we went to Fort De Soto and had a nice time! We saw a shark and a blue heron!
