Dr Earle is the best psychiatrist in Texas. His staff is top notch. His counselors are the best and truly care. I highly recommend this office for all psychiatric and counseling needs.

8 years and I'm not easy patient.

Went to dr Earle to find insight and help my mental state but left feeling scammed out of 220$. He barely talked and when he did it was basic questions then prescribed me cheap anti depressants. You could tell he was clearly trying to sell you on medication rather then trying to actually be nice and help you.

1/5 stars. This facility that Dr. Earle has is very unprofessionally managed and is unorganized and has a huge lack of communication. Whether it be communication between patients and receptionists, patients and doctors, doctors and receptionists- whatever the case is- there's obvious miscommunication. I ended up seeing Dr. Mike for my first visit as a new patient not knowing that practitioners could not prescribe controlled substances. So after an entire hour long appointment of explaining everything about my mental health and opening up to this doctor, he then decides to inform me that because he is a practitioner he can NOT fill my prescriptions that are controlled substances. I told him in the very beginning of the session the medications I am already on, one of them being a controlled substance, he could have easily told me right away that he wouldn't be able to be my doctor due to the controlled substance limitations, but instead he waited until the very end of the appointment to tell me. To be fair, Dr.Mike did try to find a way to make it work, by trying to get me an appointment with Dr. Earl. Just to find out that Dr. Earl is apparently "not taking any new patients with a need for controlled substances". What?! How does that even happen? How can you even decline a patient for that reason? How does my need for a prescription for a controlled substance affect you in any way? If Dr. Mike is Dr. Earl's practitioner, how did he not know Dr. Earl wasn't taking new controlled substance patients? How come I wasn't told this on the phone by the receptionist the very first time I called and made an appointment? Because no one knows what's happening. THERE'S NO COMMUNICATION! If your staff knows that you aren't taking any new controlled substance patients, and if your staff knows that Dr. Mike, being a practitioner, can't prescribe controlled substances, then they need to clarify that on the phone, just in case. If they don't know those things- then wow, even worse. You, as a doctor and owner of this practice, should inform your employees about things they need to know in order to warn and inform the patients. Now I have no doctor and am at square one trying to find a new Psychiatrist. I wasted a whole week waiting for this appointment to happen just for nothing to even be accomplished- when I could've been going to see a different doctor who actually can help me. Your staff need to all be on the same page about what is going on, about what each of the doctor's specific capabilities are, and about what kind of patients the doctors' are currently accepting! Don't claim to care for the patients and claim that you're in this field to help people if you can drop a potential patient, who desperately needs your help, within a matter of seconds as if it's nothing and no big deal. Thanks for wasting my time and keeping me from getting the treatment I need.

I have been a patient of Dr Earle's for years. Having been to several psychiatrists throughout my life, I have found him to be very professional, witty, kind, and knowledgable. He addresses each of my individual issue, and I feel very comfortable talking to him about anything. I actually look forward to my time with him! He prescribes medication when he thinks you need it, but he also looks for ways to get me off my medication if he can. The music in the new waiting room is lovely and his staff is extremely polite and helpful. I have referred many people to him and they have been as pleased as I have been. PS: Love the new offices!

SCAM. Dr Earle has THE WORST bedside manner I have every experienced. He somehow manages to make me feel worse after every appointment (appointments that cost $150 by the way). I ran out of meds and he refused to give me 1 refill so I could avoid withdrawal and save up money for another appt. Never use this doctor if you value your mental health. He does nothing but steal your money and scam you.

This psych is just like the rest. He doesnt listen. Instead he imposes his opinion on what works. I clearly stated to him that one medication has consistently worked. I was diagnosed years ago with high functioning anxiety and instead of him helping he is to scared to prescribe what works. The advantages are far greater then the risks for the normal medication that works for me. I'm slowly dying from crippling anxiety. I do not recommend him at all. He prescribed me something that nearly killed me. Put me into full panic after I took it. Now based off what my PCP said, he just wanted to prescribe anything to get me off the phone. What are you so scared of Dr. Earle Your number 1 job is to help people not hurt them.

Dr Earle is tough love, he is very honest and will not overmedicate! He is not a Dr who will prescribe for no reason he actually listens to your needs and suggests ways for you to hopefully eventually be able to cope with your issues without medication!
