I recently had an emergency causing me to miss my carriage ride experience, but I must say that they completely turned things around with their exceptional customer service. The owner, John, was incredibly kind and personally addressed the situation with care and professionalism.

Not only did they provide a full refund, but they also offered a discount code as a generous gesture. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this company, and I am truly impressed by their commitment to making things right.

I can confidently say that my faith in this company has been restored, thanks to the kind and attentive customer service provided by John. Thank you for turning my bad experience into a positive one!

This company is far inferior to the other companies that do the Christmas carriage rides. Their route is not the best and they don’t have any variety. Another complaint is they have started to proceed with rides even when raining. Yes the rides are covered but you can’t see any of the lights. They don’t care about the customer experience. They are only concerned with making the most amount of money possible.

Also! I did two rides with them and they were late for both of them.

My friends made the reservation so that’s why you aren’t seeing my name in your records.

This was such an amazing experience! We didn't have to wait long to get on the carriage. The driver was so nice. The vibe was all around amazing! 10/10 recommend! Happy Holidays!

Update: After 67 days this vendor finally issued a permanent credit after numerous emails and disputing the credit card charge.

They scrub their Facebook profile of any reviews they deem not flattering so take their Facebook profile with a few handfuls of salt.

This business would probably operate more honestly if they utilized an escrow service instead of taking payment directly from the consumer.

In good faith cannot upgrade their star rating because no consumer should have these issues ever.

Update: They have been promising a refund for going on over three weeks and still they have our money.

At this point we are definitely at what amounts to theft by deception or what is commonly known as a “Scam”. They advertised a service, we paid for that service, THEY canceled the service we paid for, and they KEPT our money.

Would absolutely not recommend this service. Cannot attest to the quality of the ride but can attest to the fact they will cancel the ride on you and screw you for hundreds of dollars. We got screwed out of nearly $700.00.

This is part of their “scam”. Let you book and cancel on you and keep your money!!!

As long as this is up the issue is ongoing.

My family, friends and I had the pleasure of getting Wade, our coachman as our driver last night and it was such a fun and joyful experience through Highland Park which is where we have many amazing memories growing up. We will most definitely be making this one of our family traditions during the holiday season! Merry Christmas

Zero stars. Our ride was cancelled just 2 hours before scheduled time due to possible rain, it did not rain but we understood the precaution. I spoke with an operator who seemed to not know many of the policies, she was not part of the management. We were told someone would reach out to reschedule because refunds are not given. I have called and emailed the contact information and it has now been over a week no response. I could not book online either, as of now the $400 is wasted, no word from the company.
