Went for a timeshare presentation. We've done a handful, and this was by far the worst. The first salesman we spoke to was polite and respectful. The second one that was brought in was incredibly rude and belittling. Although we weren't interested in purchasing at this time, the way that that man spoke to us alone would lead us to never go back. There are reviews that say people were left in tears and I don't doubt that. Save yourself the time, and even if you're interested in a timeshare, go someplace else.

To the man who feels the need to speak to people this way, I truly hope things get better for you. I can't imagine life is happy considering the way you're currently behaving.

DON’T ever enter their “Free“ trip drawing at the home show! The lady calling to reserve a presentation time was friendly, but when we arrived they turned us over to a muscle-bound jerk who started off by being insulting and it went downhill from there. A week later, we got a brochure with the Vegas package, and after reading all of the fine print and researching people’s complaints, there’s no way we’re going to fall for this. The “free“ trip would cost us somewhere between $250 and $450 by the time they tack on all of the fees and taxes, and when I researched reviews and people told about what they actually got (if they even got to use it) - a late night or redeye flight during the week to Vegas and a couple of nights stay at a cheap off-the-strip motel - The total value of the flights and lodging is about $300. But the front of the flyer says “Retail value up to $1,499!”. A Seattle to Vegas mid-week round trip flight a few months from now starts at $88, and there are multiple motels off the strip for as little as $31 per night during the week. Oh, and someone posted that the “Cirque” freebie wasn’t the actual Cirque, it was some unknown magician. You’ve been warned!

We came in knowing the free trip we “won” came with strings attached, listening to their resort/time share spiel. What we didn’t expect at the end when we decided it wasn’t for us and we didn’t have the money for the monthly fee or time due to taking care of a parent with Parkinson’s we were berated and asked if we lied about our income. Said WE came to THEM and now we didn’t want to join, didn’t have the “time” He said “ you had time to come here” The man was so upset his hands were shaking. I immediately told them I didn’t come in to be berated and accused. Finally someone in the office came over and said, let’s just get their voucher. I was almost in tears when we left. Never would I send anyone to this company to be treated this way.

SCAMMER ALERT!! They called about you won the raffle for a trip to Vegas or SoCal. Come to office for a 90 minute discussion, person on phone seemed nice. That same night we looked up address of office and found MANY 1 star reviews on google and yelp. CHECK YELP REVIEWS!!! When she called me back in morning I said we are going to pass because of the many bad reviews we found and before I can finish talking she hangs up. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Many experiences of getting there and being heavily pressured for buy timeshares and sounds like nobody go this “trip” how they explain it on the phone.

I received a call about filling something out on Facebook for a Leavenworth vacation. At first, I thought I was told I won this vacation, but the person on the phone clarified that this was a promotion.

Long story short, I was asked to come in for a 90 minute presentation about vacations to receive a paid for hotel stay in Leavenworth.

I attended this presentation and everything was fine. There were good deals on vacations, but I wasn't in a place to purchase anything. The sales reps were nice. Of course, they wanted to make a sale, but were respectful and polite when I declined.

I understood that this was a sales presentation, therefore, wasn't put off by being offered sales options.

I left with the certificate as promised, and everything was very clear. I would consider returning to purchase the Hawaii package they showed me and would definitely recommend friends and family to attend this meeting to get a complimentary vacation.

I have just booked my trip, so I figured I'd come write a review. I'm excited to use it.

Everyone who presented and that we talked to was super chill and polite! We understood that they were trying to sell, but we didn't feel pressured, and the deals actually seemed decent for people who would regularly use them. 🙂

'Won' a free trip to Disney Land at the fair - we were told it was all expenses paid as part of their advertising budget so we would recommend VI after the trip.
Sat thru a depressingly coercive sales pitch where they blasted rock music and buttered us up with platitudes for 115 minutes. There was a lot of scribbling and gibberish that, when challenged, quickly fell apart.
I tried to clarify the things I was told and was unable to get a straight answer for anything only misdirection and pressure to buy same-day.
It was sort of entertaining to watch the snakes squirm but hopefully the 'free' trip is worth the wasted time.
Watch John Oliver's special about timeshares before you go in...

LISTEN WHEN I TELL YOU TO GET OUT AND DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. We were brought in for a Disney vacation that “I won”. Sales men had us sit for 5 hours and sold us a 10,000$ membership. One month later I am receiving bills for 195.00 plus 60.64 and 2,500 deposit. Called to cancel and loan department told me “they can’t cancel due to an “active loan”. I was not able to book anything and “have to settle for 40% of that loan after making 5 payments of 300$ plus the 2,500 deposit. They threatened us with “sending the bills to collections” while representatives laughed over the phone. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND HAS PUT ECONOMIC BURDEN ON OUR FAMILY. There strategy is to run you over to gain wealth for themselves. I am WARNING YOU to NOT MAKE ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. Now we have to take legal action.
