The rooms are decent size. But have issues. The sliding screen doors are to small and torn completely to make it useless. The dishwasher does not open unless the oven door is open, which then make the bottom row of the dishwasher hard to access to clean or do anything with. The bathroom doors do not lock so little kids still learning privacy bust in and your shown to everyone. We were told at check in the pool closes at 10pm. Walk all the way down there just to see it closes at 8. Really disappointing for excited kids. Call the shuttle we are supposed to have access to to go across the resort miles to a different pool that is open until 11 just for them not to show up with us outside waiting in suits. There are residents who actually live here who are absolutely just rude and try to literally fight guests for just using the amenities provided and paid for. I am very disappointed in the condition of our stay. The pools advertise pool side bars and they are all closed. Their outside porch light that stay on all night shine into the rooms because there are no curtains and the blinds do not close all the way. The staff at the tradition restaurant had the best customer service and accurate information. It is our first time here and in Florida so we really have no idea how the location is. It works for what we want for this trip.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The timeshare deal was a complete letdown—I'm just grateful we didn't commit to buying and only trialed it as a Discovery member. They advertise a 'Great Time Guarantee,' promising a chance to reuse your points if you’re dissatisfied. This is a scam. They make you jump through endless hoops and still refuse to honor it.

Our room was a mess: the balcony door wouldn’t lock, and the ice machine was broken. I have photos and videos to prove it. Worse yet, we weren’t even given our wristbands at check-in, meaning we couldn’t access the water park or use our discounts. When we finally realized and tried to address these issues, we signed paperwork and spoke with someone who assured us it would be documented, but now the resort claims there's no record and refuses to honor their so-called guarantee.

The level of dishonesty here is astounding. They will lie outright to protect their image and their bottom line. I opened a support case, and yet again, they’re ignoring their responsibilities. PLEASE, PLEASE BEWARE—NEVER BOOK WITH THEM.

Very cozy and spacious resort with various entertainment options including water park. We loved it here, although it was winter time the weather was amazing and suitable for swimming in nearby pools within the hotel designated areas!

This place is in a nice area and it was very spacious. The reason for my low star rating is because when we arrived to the room, there was a note stating that the Resort was closed due to them refinishing the pool & lazy river. The resort was the main reason this place was booked and it would NOT have been booked had their been any indication of the resort being closed during our stay. The adults as well as the children were all very disappointed at this. There was no indication of this on the listing on Airbnb when we booked and I even checked the website, it was not listed there either. This resurfacing started 9/3 and will be finished some time in October! Just be aware. I did contact the main office and they offered us a free 2 night 3 day stay but we had to attend the meeting where they intended to try and sell us a Timeshare. Nonetheless, we’re highly disappointed in this stay. This place is really nice and it just feels like we were mislead.

Make sure if booking more than one unit you specify to put you close. They put our 3 units clear across the resort. Put a real damper on getting together for dinners...had to rent a golf cart just to get to other side of resort to see family

Large units with lots of space. Balcony has wonderful views of property that sits on 2300 acres of space. Nice walking paths. Nine pools throughout property and some stay open until 11pm. Their fitness center is pretty complete with crossfit gear and traditional machines. This place is where you want to stay if you are going to be visiting the area. Close to local stores, restaurants and places with fun things to do.

We stayed for a week, had a great time. They offer a free shuttle to the Waterpark which is great because parking is a bit of a walk especially in this heat. Would definitely suggest going early if you want a good shaded spot they fill up quickly.

This resort is amazing. They have a shuttle bus to carry you around if you don’t want to drive. It has a water park and different pools you can go to. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I went thru VacationForVets and I will definitely be back. Very awesome experience.
